Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the CRD, you have 14 calendar days to change your mind. This right to cancel is also known as the ‘cooling-off period’. Your right to cancel begins from the moment you receive the order. You have 14 days to inform you wish to cancel by writing to [email protected] and then a further 14 days to return the product. are under no legal obligation to offer a refund prior to receiving proof of items being returned or after the “cooling-off period” has expired.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by selecting the appropriate option in your account or a letter sent by post). You may use the example model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.

Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.  Please ensure goods are returned in sufficient and appropriate packaging as any damage to the product will prevent a full refund. Please ensure to quote your order number.  Failure to do so could result in a delay to your refund being processed.  Return goods to:-

Goods must be:

  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Returned unopened
  • Returned unused
  • Returned undamaged
  • Returned with original invoice/receipt
  • Returned within 14 days of notifying of intention to return
  • Without proof of postage, will not be under any legal obligation to offer a refund if the return package is lost or damaged in transit.
  • We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
  • You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

As the consumer, you are the person responsible for noticing if there is a problem or fault with something you have ordered within a reasonable time of receiving your order. A delay can indicate that you have accepted the fault/damage.

In the unlikely event that your product(s) arrives faulty or damaged, we will happily exchange or replace your item(s) within 28 days of receiving the returned item(s). All intents to return must be emailed to [email protected] as soon as the fault/damage is detected. All orders returned without prior notification may result in a delay in refund/exchange. Proof of postage must be provided for any refund/exchange to be authorised. Please ensure item(s) are returned with the order number specified on the package and goods are packaged appropriately.

In the case of damaged goods all packaging, inner and outer, must be retained and photographs (and/or the packaging) must be forwarded to as soon as requested.

Please note: If you feel there is an issue that relates to the manufacturing of the item, the product must be returned to so it can then be returned to the manufacturer for review.  Once review and decision has been made by the manufacturer, a replacement product will be dispatched if a fault is found.

The customer has 48 hours from the time they receive their order to notify of any missing item(s). cannot accept any liability after this period. cannot accept responsibility for any goods damaged or lost for customers who authorise the driver to leave in a safe place.

All skincare sets are inspected upon arrival to our warehouse however, in the unlikely event the customer receives a skincare set with a missing item, the whole skincare set, inclusive of all its contents, unused & unopened where possible, must be returned in its original packaging prior to a replacement or refund being issued.

In the case of a parcel being returned to due the courier failing to make contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee will be charged to re-send the parcel. If the customer chooses to cancel the order in this instance instead of re-dispatching, the original postage and packaging cost covered by will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered, you can contact DPD directly through Manage my delivery email notification. If your query is not been dealt with promptly, please contact [email protected] and we will escalate the issue for you.

Here at SkinShop, we aim to maintain 100% accuracy when packing all orders.  In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect item(s), please contact [email protected]  within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.  SkinShop will arrange a DPD collection for the incorrect item(s) for the following day at no extra cost to the customer. A pickup time cannot be allocated.  If next day pickup does not suit, SkinShop must be notified by 3pm on the day prior, otherwise the collection will go ahead as planned. If the collection is unsuccessful due to no contact being available at the delivery address, the customer must then return the incorrect item(s) at their own expense/time. A second DPD pickup will not be arranged. Once your pickup has been confirmed, we will arrange for the correct item to be dispatched.

All incorrect item(s) must be returned to the SkinShop in a saleable condition i.e. unopened, in original packaging & unused. Any return of opened & used products will not be processed.

If the customer is returning the incorrect item(s) at their own expense/time, SkinShop cannot send out the correct item until the incorrect item is received at our warehouse for inspection.

SkinShop cannot accept responsibility for any product reaction.

It is important to always ensure to read the labels for ingredients prior to use as these may vary to those listed on the site.

Always ensure you read the labels for ingredients and directions of use for all our products and samples to prevent an allergic reaction. We recommend a patch test to be completed prior to proceeding with full application. If an allergic reaction occurs, please seek medical attention and advice and discontinue the use of the product.

In some cases we may accept returns of products where you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used. For returns of this type, we will need to pass your name and contact details on to the relevant manufacturer, so that they can contact you regarding quality control if necessary.

No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.

Yes. If you qualify for any of our free product(s)/sample(s) as part of a promotional offer and have received these as part of your order then they must be included in your return. If you fail to return these free product(s), a full refund will not be authorised.
