Delivery

Delivery of your products will be free of charge to Ireland when you spend €50 or more. Otherwise delivery costs will be €5.00 ( €4.06 ex. VAT) to Ireland. All delivery charges are subject to change and delivery is subject to credit card authorisation, and stock availability.  We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.  However this cannot be guaranteed so we ask that you allow up to 5 working days.  Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays). Stock levels may vary from the time you place your order to the time it is processed.  If you order cannot be delivered within 5 working days you will be notified by email.

*Important Notice: For your convenience DPD offer their Parcel Wizard service which allows you choose your delivery time (1 hour window given).  You also have the option to have your parcel re-directed to one of DPD’s drop off points within your delivery area or re-schedule the delivery date.  This can be amended only when you receive your delivery notification from DPD.  If you are not at home at the requested time of your delivery the driver may not make contact with you and your parcel will be returned to the depot.

Order Packaging

We understand discretion is very important to all our customers. All orders are despatched mainly in DPD sachels   However, for some of our larger orders  we do ship boxes which may display our SkinShop logo only.

International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not ship outside the Republic of Ireland.

Amending delivery details

Unfortunately, the delivery details cannot be amended by SkinShop once you receive your order receipt. However you can make changes to your delivery time and date once you receive your delivery notification from DPD.  Please refer to information on Parcel Wizard.

Tracking your Order
All goods are shipped using DPD Couriers. For your peace of mind, all parcels are sent on a fully tracked service. To enable our designated couriers to successfully deliver your parcel a signature on delivery is required. DPD will send an email notification with your tracking information which you can manage online. If you are not available to sign for your goods you can change your delivery details from your email notification received from DPD.  You will receive this notification once your parcel has been scanned at the courier depot.  If you request an order to be sent to another address which falls under another depot location a further delivery charge will be incurred.  If you will not be at home we would advise you to re-direct your parcel to one of DPD’s 600 Pick-Up shops for personal collection per the shop opening hours. Parcel Wizard

DPD Parcel Wizard is a service brought to you by DPD Ireland. DPD is Ireland’s largest dedicated parcel carrier. We’ve been in operation in Ireland since 1986. With  38 collection and delivery depots located throughout Ireland, North and South, and our central sortation hub based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath, we’re never far from your door! With over 400 vehicles travelling the length and breadth of the country, DPD’s vans are a regular sight, dropping off your on-line shopping.

DPD Ireland will carry over 11 million parcels this year. The DPD Parcel Wizard service is aimed at ensuring that your on-line shopping gets to you as efficiently and conveniently as possible. With DPD Parcel Wizard, we put the control back in your hands. If your parcel is being delivered by DPD and you’re a Parcel Wizard Club Member, we’ll text you to tell you when your order is due to arrive and we’ll allow you to change the delivery date and location to suit you.  And it’s Free!

SkinShop cannot accept responsibility for damaged or lost parcels that are not signed for.

Holidays
All orders are dispatched Monday-Friday with the exception of Bank Holidays. During the Christmas holiday period DPD couriers operate limited days.

Returning Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the Distance Selling legislation, we will accept goods returned within 14 days from date of delivery, so long as they are returned in an unused, new condition with the original packaging & accompanied with the original invoice.  SkinShop must be notified of intention to return. Please note, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs back to us. We do not offer refunds on sale items.

Returning Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival, we will happily exchange or refund your item within 28 days of receiving the returned item. Please email us at [email protected] or contact us at 0449333699 to notify us of your intent to return within 48 hours of receipt. Your email should contain photos of damaged good and all references that are on your receipt together will a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. You should also advise us whether you’d like an alternative product/replacement or a refund. (ANY RETURNS RECEIVED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE MAY BE DELAYED IN BEING PROCESSED). Once we are satisfied withe the information received a pickup can be arranged by our courier at a date and time specified by you.

  • Please specify order number on returns package
  • Please ensure goods are packaged appropriately to avoid damage.
  • Once SkinShop are notified of faulty goods arrangements will be made to return faulty items

Undelivered Goods

In the case of a parcel being returned to SkinShop due the courier failing to make contact with the customer, a re-delivery fee will be charged to re-send the parcel. If the customer chooses to cancel the order in this instance instead of re-dispatching, the original postage and packaging cost covered by Skin Shop will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered you can contact DPD directly through “Manage my delivery” on the email notification that you received when your parcel was dispatched.  If your query is not been dealt with promptly please contact [email protected] and we will esculate the issue for you.

Complimentary Sample
As part of our service at SkinShop we send free complimentary samples (maximum 2) with every order. However it is important that you add the samples to your shopping cart prior to payment otherwise they will not be sent. Samples will not be sent out separately if not specified on original order. On the occasion that your chosen sample is out of stock alternative samples will be sent.  To avoid disappointment we will do out best to send alternative sample similar to what you originally requested but this cannot be guaranteed.  All sample products offered in the free gift boxes cannot be exchanged for an alternative samples.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product please notify [email protected]  straight away. Please ensure the goods are re-packed in their original packaging or similar to avoid damage and we will arrange a pickup with the courier.  Unfortunately SkinShop cannot allocate a pickup time on the requested date.  Once the pickup has been confirmed we will dispatch the correct product out to you.

Multiple coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with each other.

The newsletter sign up discount code is applicable to full priced items only.

Coupon codes cannot be used when purchasing e-Gift Cards. However any valid coupon codes available when re-deeming the e-Gift Card can be used.

Minimum spend advertised to claim free products must be met.  The price is the final purchase price after any other discount codes are applied and that are permitted by SkinShop.  If this is not met the free product coupon code will removed from your shopping cart without any notification and will not be included in your order. Only one free product coupon code can be used at any one time so if you wish to use multiple coupon codes separate orders must be placed. 

Coupons codes offering free gifts will become invalid once stock is no longer available.  This applies to our limited offers. Minimum order values apply to single orders only.  Coupon codes not entered at checkout can not be added after order has been placed so email requested will not be accepted.

Coupon codes apply to full price items only.

‘Freegift’ coupon code cannot be used on discounted Image Skincare Gift Sets.
